Welcome Letter

Dear Town Center Community:

My name is Erica Anas and I would like to take a minute to introduce myself as Town Center’s School Counselor

I graduated from The College of New Jersey where I earned both my Master’s Degree in School Counseling and my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.  I spent a year as as an elementary school counselor in Haddonfield, NJ prior to coming to Town Center.  I am excited to be starting my 3rd year in the West Windsor-Plainsboro School District!

My job is to advocate for students and help them find ways to be successful in a school setting.  An important part of my job is to serve as a link between students, teachers, and parents.  I welcome the opportunity to collaborate with faculty and parents to help meet students’ needs.

Aside from working with children, my other passions include baking, traveling, and art. I enjoy visiting art museums and galleries; I also paint, draw, and sew.  I often integrate art into my counseling activities with children.

If you have any questions/comments about my role as the counselor or have concerns about your child please feel free to contact me.
