About Me!

Welcome to my webpage!  I attended Rider University for my undergraduate and graduate education.  I have my Masters degree in Special Education and I also have 70 hours of training in the Orton-Gillingham multi-sensory teaching approach.  This is my 8th year teaching and I have spent my whole teaching career in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District.  I have spent the last 7 years in the kindergarten and first grade Multiple Disabilities program.

My most recent journey I have begun is motherhood!  My daughter was born in May of 2016 and my husband and I love being parents!

I have many hobbies and interests.  I love to make candles, holiday decorations, scrap books, photo books, and many other things!  I adore animals, especially my two cats, Olivia and Briony.  As my students know, they get into a lot of mischief! Winter is my favorite season because I love snow.

I chose to teach special education because it truly is my passion.  I have a special spot in my heart for children with special needs because I have a brother with them, too.  He has always been my hero and inspiration.  I love what I do with all my heart!
